Highpoint Manor also
offers Gift Certificates for that hard-to-shop-for person. These make wonderful Christmas, Birthday, or Anniversary gifts.
A relaxing night at a beautiful Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful change of pace...and much better than a sweater! We can send
a certificate directly to the recipient or mail it to you for presentation. Please contact us at Mail@HighpointManorInn.com for more information. You may hold your reservation
by major credit card, however, payment can only be made by check or money order. Payment in full is due within five days of
making the reservation, or the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
We
prefer that you don't cancel, but if you must, we understand. If you're able to give us at least seven days notice
of your intent to cancel, we will refund your payment, less a $15.00 cancellation fee. If you give us less notice than that--and
someone else rents your room, we'll refund your money less a $15.00 cancellation fee. If we're unable to rent your
room, you will not receive a refund. All rates are subject to a 6% hotel/motel tax.
Policies
If you'll need to bring either your pet or your child, please contact us prior
to making your reservation to see if we'll be able to meet your needs. We have limited facilities for families.
We do not allow smoking in any of the interiors of Highpoint Manor. We do provide
ashtrays on the porches and decks.
All prices are based on double
occupancy. There will be a $25.00 charge per extra person per room.
Check-in
and Check-out Information
Check-in is from three p.m. until
eight p.m. We will try to accommodate early and late check-ins, however, a $25 convenience fee will be assessed. Please give
us at least twenty-four hours notice if you will be checking in later than eight o'clock.
Check-out is twelve noon.
